Shipping & Returns

We want to make purchasing from us as easy as possible which is why we give you two shipping options for virtually all of our products.

  • Home Delivery
  • Shipping To Local Depots

 

Home Delivery:

We've dramatically simplified our home delivery process, so much so that we have 2 flat rates:

  • Metro
  • Regional

 

Metro is typically 50kms from the center of most major cities, if you feel you should fall within a metro area, please let us know and call us on 1300 66 77 48 and we'll check (you never know, it could be an error in the system!)

For regional deliveries, there is no need to figure out if your postcode is in a sub region of Timbuktu and its going to cost you an extra 400% and your prized cow to get it delivered, it's an easy, flat rate.

We also wear a lot of the shipping cost as well, to make it more affordable to get your deliveries to your door (if you choose!)

Shipping To Local Depots:

We work with our suppliers to bring you a nationwide Depot delivery system that we can (98% of the time - sadly the TAS freight guys decided it would be a good idea to start charging almost the same amount for home deliveries as it was to just get the goods across the sea, so unfortunately there is a charge for TAS depot deliveries) give you free delivery to a depot near you.

This makes it really easy for you to purchase from us, giving you the flexibility to get a completely free delivery to a depot near you, or to get it delivered to your door for a flat rate.

Shipping Times:

Typically deliveries are made within 7-10 business days (Timber sheds and Larger sheds may take longer in production).  While our success rates in achieving these times are high, unfortunately we don't own or run the transport company, and so occasionally, things may go wrong.  But for us, it's a simple problem to fix, we just replace, or correct, or make better whatever it is the transport company didn't do right!

Returns & Fix Ups:

If we make a mistake, or the transport company makes a mistake, we will replace your order, free of charge, and in the fastest time possible.  To us, our customers are #1.

If you change your mind or cancel your order after the product has shipped, we have a 25% restocking fee that will get applied, if you have any questions, you can call us on 1300 66 77 48 or email us on customerservice@simplysheds.com.au


Returns Fix Ups & Cancellations must be actioned within 30 calendar days of receiving order.
