Price Updated as of November 29 2021
Designed as the gap between traditional outdoor garden sheds and garages. The Fortress Shed has a roller door and a flat roof, and is constructed with durable framework, making it highly resistant to break-ins. In addition to strong internal bracing made of robust, high-tensile BlueScope steel, downpipes and gutters are incorporated. This Australian-made shed contains pre-punched holes, labelled parts, and rolled safety edges in addition to a lifetime warranty.
Warranty: Lifetime Warranty
Anchors: 16 anchors (4 packs) required and are available for additional purchase
Absco Sheds come with pre-punched holes and labelled parts for a faster and easier assembly and an easy-to-follow assembly video.
Absco’s Australian made sheds are DIY kits, and do not come with a base or floor. All sheds need to be securely anchored to a concrete slab and anchors can be purchased separately. For this model, you will require 16 anchors (4 packs) to safely anchor it in your garden. Watch: how to lay a concrete slab.
Allow 1 day to build this shed, 2 people are required. We recommend downloading the Absco Sheds Assembly App to watch the assembly videos prior to installing.
Absco recommends using trestles and timber to keep your product off the ground to avoid any damage while installing. It also helps working at waist height to avoid bending over.
What is included in the box?
Each DIY shed comes with all components required to build along with a fittings pack that includes all screws, joiners, and pop rivets. Each shed comes flat packed for cheaper shipping and easier handling. The Fortress shed also comes with downpipes and gutters as standard.
- Assembles up to 80% faster than other brands
- Simple to follow step by step assembly instructions
- Additional videos online to help put your shed together
- Individually numbered parts for easy identification
- Unique SNAPTiTE Assembly system
- Pre-Drilled holes
These Sheds are supplied without a floor and are best suited to be anchored with one of our anchor kits to a concrete slab. Alternatively if you are renting your property, plan to move it in the future or putting it onto another flat surface (grass, dirt, bricks or road base) you can fasten them to a temporary wooden base (e.g. railway sleepers buried in the ground) or using ground anchors.
