All Absco Chicken Coops are made DIY and are easy to assemble using the SNAPTiTE assembly system, pre-drilled holes, rolled safety edges, and easy to follow step-by-step assembly videos.
You will need to anchor your Absco Chicken Coop safely and securely to a concrete slab. Further information on slab requirements are provided with the instruction manual. We also recommend that you watch Absco’s YouTube video on how to lay a concrete slab.
The number of anchors required for this model are 8 (2 packs) and are available for additional purchase.

What comes in the box?
Absco Chicken Coops are all self-assembly coops that arrive flat packed. The Absco Chicken Coop includes all of the materials needed to construct it, as well as a fittings kit that includes all screws, joiners, and pop rivets.

These Sheds are supplied without a floor and are best suited to be anchored with one of our anchor kits to a concrete slab. Alternatively if you are renting your property, plan to move it in the future or putting it onto another flat surface (grass, dirt, bricks or road base) you can fasten them to a temporary wooden base (e.g. railway sleepers buried in the ground) or using ground anchors.

Promotional products, Factory Specials and Absco Eco Range items are not included in the free delivery offer. A flat rate delivery charge will be applied for Metro and Regional postcodes only upon checkout.

Our freight company requires all home deliveries to be to the front of the property. You can request an 'Authority to Leave' service whereby you authorise the freight company to leave your package without a signature.
Otherwise, take advantage of our free delivery to a local depot and then organise a pickup by a handyman. Most handymen services range between $40-$60 per hour, which may be a better solution for you.
Return, Replacement, and Cancellation:
Once you receive your order, please check all the parts immediately before installation. Make sure that you have received the correct item and have all the components complete. We will only process damaged parts on cases reported within 24 hours after delivery. For any missing or wrong parts, they can be processed within 12 months of the delivery date.
If there are parts missing in your kit, we will supply them free of charge. If you have received a defective or an incorrect item, please inform us and return the said item immediately so we can replace it as soon as possible. Please be advised that you may be required to send supporting documents for replacements on missing, damaged parts and incorrect items. Contact our customer service department for further assistance.
Please note that these are not our products and we don't hold any spare parts for replacements or missing parts. We need to reach out to the manufacturers, and it can take up to 10 business days for manufacturing plus freight time, unless in stock.
If you would like to return or cancel your order and your item has already been dispatched or delivered – there will be a 25% re-stocking fee and a return shipping cost depending on your location.
If there is a redirection required, please be advised that you may incur a redelivery fee as this is the fee that we are charged by the shipping company.

What do you need to do if you want to purchase via Bank Transfer?
Add your product to the shopping cart online and at the checkout, select Bank Transfer then follow the prompts. If we do not receive payment for your order within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
What happens after I have purchased?
For all purchases, we will send you an Order confirmation once your order is verified and has passed our validation process to prevent Credit Card or Payment fraud (typically no more than 24 hours).
