Purchasing from us is secure, fast and easy.

For your convenience we've got a range of ways in which you can purchase direct from us.

Option #1 - Purchase Securely Online

As you browse through and find the product you are interested in, you can go through and purchase safely and securely through our 100% secure checkout system which incorporates Eway as a secured, third party gateway for all our transactions.

Option #2 - Purchase Via Phone

If you'd rather talk to a real human being, that can help you with your purchase, don't hesitate to contact us on 1300 66 77 48 and talk to one of our expert staff that can help you with your purchase, questions, or just some friendly advice.

Option #3 - Purchase Via Fax/Order Form

Whether you're a school, government body, business, or just someone that likes to do things the "old school" way, we're happy to accommodate your purchasing processes.

If you'd like to put in a purchase order, simply download our Order Form and either fax it to 07 56765398, or send it to our post office box at PO Box 321, Oxenford QLD 4211.

When you are purchasing online, at the checkout you'll be presented with a range of options, just select the one that you are most comfortable with, and we'll take care of everything for you.  Currently we have 3 methods to choose from on checkout:

  • Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard)
  • Bank Transfer
  • ZipPay

We've now serviced over 20,000 customers in Australia since we started in 2012, and well over 90% have used either Credit Card with us (over the phone or online).

What do you need to do if you want to purchase via Bank Transfer?

If you would like to purchase via Bank Transfer, please go through and purchase your product online, and at the checkout, select Bank Transfer and the details of where to send your Bank Deposit will be given to you.

Simply Sheds will begin to process your order once payment is completed made via Credit Card for the total amount due shown in the check out page (including shipping fees and other charges).

In the event that we do not receive payment for your order within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

What happens after I've purchased?

For all purchases, we will send you an Order confirmation once your order is verified and has passed our validation process to prevent Credit Card or Payment fraud (typically no more than 24 hours).

After that we will begin processing your order, and organising your delivery (delivery typically takes place 10-14 days after processing depending on where you are in Australia).  If you need your order sooner than that, just let us know and we'll hassle, hound, yell, kick, scream (we don't bite though), at whoever we need to, to get your order to you when you need it.
