COVID-19 Lead times:

The impacts of COVID-19 have seen a huge increase in demand for outdoor garden products. Our suppliers are now working 24 hours to meet the new demand. However, we have needed to increase our lead times to reflect this busy period.

We will notify you by email and SMS when your order has been dispatched. We recommend allowing up to 10 business days (2 weeks) after dispatch.

COVID-19 Depot Closures

Due to Covid-19 Safe Work duty of care Delivery Depots are currently CLOSED for all customer pickups. Customer Depot Pickup will no longer be available until further notice. Home delivery is available. Existing home delivery charges still apply.

Flat Rate & Free Home Delivery

Ship directly to your home or anywhere in Australia

Our free home delivery rate is applicable for Metro and Regional areas only. If you are based in a remote area, please contact us at customerservice@simplysheds.com.au for a shipping quote.

There is a small percentage of orders that do not qualify for free shipping as these are in postcodes and suburbs that are difficult to reach. These orders will need to be quoted on a case-by-case scenario.

Promotional products, Factory Specials and Absco Eco Range items are not included in the free delivery offer. A flat rate delivery charge will be applied for Metro and Regional postcodes only upon checkout.

Note: Absco’s average delivery time for 2019 was 11.4 business days from order date to delivery date. This is a number we are continually focused on reducing. Production and delivery lead time may change without prior notice, in case of delays from the factory.

 

Freight Forwarders

Our freight company requires all home deliveries to be to the front of the property. You can request an 'Authority to Leave' service whereby you authorise the freight company to leave your package without signature.

Otherwise, take advantage of our free delivery to a local depot and then organise a pickup by a handyman. Most handymen services range between $40-$60 per hour, which may be a better solution for you.

 

Return, Replacement, and Cancellation:

Once you receive your order, please check all the parts immediately before installation. Make sure that you have received the correct item and have all the components complete. We will only process damaged, missing, and wrong parts requests on cases reported within 24 hours after delivery.

If there are parts missing in your kit, we will supply them free of charge. If you have received a defective or an incorrect item, please inform us and return the said item immediately so we can replace it as soon as possible. Please be advised that you may be required to send supporting documents for replacements on missing, damaged parts and incorrect items. Contact our customer service department for further assistance.

If you would like to return or cancel your order and your item has already been dispatched or delivered – there will be a 25% re-stocking fee and a return shipping cost depending on your location.

If there is a redirection required, please be advised that you may incur a redelivery fee as this is the fee that we are charged by the shipping company.
